The main limitation: no IMAP or POP3 access on the free tier. You must use Zoho's webmail interface or their mobile apps. VentraIP email is the best option if you want: AUD billing, Australian support, and email that's independent of your web hosting (useful if you use a different host for your website). Google Workspace is worth the premium over Zoho if your team actively collaborates on documents - real-time editing, commenting, and the integration between Gmail/Docs/Drive is seamless in a way third-party alternatives can't fully replicate.
